Year Round Rental Available in this Historic Ocean Grove House

Do you want to live walking distance from the Atlantic Ocean? Jog on the boardwalk? See sunrise over the ocean every morning? All within walking distance to the New York City train lines? Come to historic Ocean Grove, a beautiful seaside town (think Cape May) that is quaint and yet funky enough that it's attracted many artists and New Yorkers.

There are two apartments in this lovely Victorian house -- one on each floor -- but the one available March 1 is a spacious two-bedroom on the second floor. (Look for the photos of Apartment 2, below).

The apartment has a nice-sized bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, an eat-in country kitchen, and a living room. The kitchen and living room are separated by a half-wall full of windows, allowing sunlight to move through both and giving it a light airy feeling (see photos below).

The apartment also has a large attic that runs the length of the house, which makes for great storage.

Both apartments in the house have retained some of the old details, such as the wood moldings, claw foot tubs, and old-fashioned bathroom sinks. But they also contain some modern amenities. Apartment 1 has a stainless steel stove and refrigerators. Apartment 2 has a nice 30" modern stove and luxury bath fixtures with a sunflower shower head as well as a handheld shower. Both apartments share a laundry room on the premises.

The first floor apartment has exclusive of the front porch. The second floor apartment has exclusive use of the backyard.

The apartments are year-round rentals. Upon signing lease, tenant must pay first months rent, and a security deposit equal to a month-and-a-half's rent.
